Oceanfront Alternative Resort with a very diverse clientele in what we
feel is the most open, inclusive, exciting and entertaining environments
on the island. Our 72, clean, affordable rooms are located on the south,
oceanside of Key West in the historic, old-town area. We are minutes away
from the heart of downtown, Duval Street, and within walking distance of
all area attractions, bars, restaurants and other places of interest to
our visitors. Additionally, our Oceanfront Pool & Pier Bar is undoubtedly
one of Key West*s most popular daytime spots for visitors and local residents.
It features a full service bar from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., grill from 11 a.m.
to 5 p.m. and happy hour from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., daily. From October to
March the sun sets on our side of the island affording unobstructed and
spectacular sunset views in one of Key West's more intimate settings. More
importantly, this area permits *clothing-optional* sunbathing (As in *no
clothes*)in your chaise lounge chair. Just another feature that has made
us Key West, and World, Famous. For those guests who may be uncomfortable
in our *clothing optional* pool area, we can arrange for use of a *clothing
required* beach and pool just next door. On Thursday nights we host a popular
outdoor, *under the stars,* Cinema and on Sunday Nights, a traditional
outdoor Tea Dance, from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. It is appropriately called *Tea
by the Sea.* These weekly events are a must for many of Key West*s residents
and visitors from numerous guest houses and other hotels. During *Tea*
you can dance oceanside, cooled by tropical breezes and under a romantic
night sky. That*s probably why it's been an island favorite for over seventeen
years. We also provide complete access to all of Key West*s water activities.
These include- wave runners, para-sail rides, sail boat rentals, snorkel
and dive trips, fishing trips, sunset sails, gambling trips and much, much
more. On property we also have *Diner Shores,* open from 730 a.m. to 4
a.m.. We serve one of the best island breakfasts from 730 a.m. to 1130
a.m. and a tasty lunch from 12 noon to 3 p.m.. A full bar is open from
730 a.m. to 11 a.m.. Adjacent to the property, you'll find a liquor store
on premises for your convenience. Across the street we have a Historic
Tours of America *Old Town Trolley* Stop, a hair salon, clothing boutique
and a convenience store and deli. A complete pharmacy is just one block
away. Everything to experience the best of Key West is right here, with
rates and facilities unmatched by any other lodging establishment. |
